Sensitive to wind

When bicycling, or running, one is like a sailor, quite sensitive to wind speed and direction. Even a breeze of 5 to 10 miles per hour makes a difference, whether making you work harder when it's on the nose, and helping you along from behind.

The target is 60 minutes

The plan is to work up to 60 minutes of bike riding on each of three days during the week, walking/running for 60 minutes or more with Significant Other on Sundays, and getting into the gym twice a week for at least 30 minutes. The target is to average about an hour of exercise five or six days a week.
