Slowing down

Twenty to 30 years ago, my pace on most training runs was 8 to 10 minutes per mile, these days it's 15 minutes per mile. But at least I'm still at it.

Going the wrong way

With too much eating and too little exercise over the last month, the weight and the blood pressure creep upward. They were 238 and 143/92 this morning.

Stroll, walk, jog

That's my routine these days, start on the treadmill at strolling speed, build up to a brisk walk, then jog in for five or six 2-minute intervals.

Getting back into it
