The target is 60 minutes

The plan is to work up to 60 minutes of bike riding on each of three days during the week, walking/running for 60 minutes or more with Significant Other on Sundays, and getting into the gym twice a week for at least 30 minutes. The target is to average about an hour of exercise five or six days a week.
